"I have been with this office for over 5 years. Everyone I have talked to or dealt with have been respectful and eager to help to assist me with any changes i may have had. I never had an issue with this office until this year. I was in a “not at fault” accident which led to the totaling of my 2022 Hyundai Accent. The car was supposed to be swapped out with the next vehicle I had purchased but it did not. Instead it wouldn’t fall off for another 5 months when they tried to swap it out with my son’s truck. After this point, my wife’s car randomly fell off of my insurance in which I had to send them a copy of my insurance card to prove that it was on my policy. They had my son’s truck on the insurance twice, when I called to get that settled, they canceled his insurance leaving my son to have to pay a fine for not having insurance. And on top of everything, they didn’t charge the account for 3 months for my son’s truck leaving us to have to come out of pocket nearly 3,000 dollars before insurance renewal which is in November. We left this Agent and went to another Agent with State Farm in which they have spent countless hours and god knows how many phone calls trying to get everything back on track. I am deeply disappointed by the way my account has been handled and the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced. And it is unacceptable that I am being left to bear the consequences of mistakes made by David Korede and his team. There is no justification for this, and it is truly disheartening that an agent representing a reputable company like State Farm refuses to take responsibility, instead placing the burden on the insured to resolve issues stemming from their own shortcomings. In response to your reply. 9-14-2025 I switched my insurance from this office because all I got was crap with no answers. There is absolutely no excuse for this, and to try to stray out of the limelight is shameful and absolutely disgusting. You looked into this and instead of reaching out, you want to push it onto the other agent that is STILL fixing y’all’s mistake. You aren’t even willing to accept responsibility for how my account was handled, instead mention how my account was handled by people both inside your office and the regional office."

I reviewed the issues you raised and there were several personnel assigned both at our agency and the regional office to resolve but unfortunately you transferred the policy to another agency while the process was still ongoing thereby removing our agency’s access. ( Sometimes resolution at our regional office could take a minute)Consequently all information regarding your accounts became inaccessible. We were not informed of this issue being unresolved since then until Your review .Sorry to hear that the issue was not resolved to your satisfaction at the other agency. Please kindly reach out to us if you still need help."

"I'm very disappointed in how they manage and handle business insurance / general liability insurance policies. Friendly FYI to all of you. Will not be going to them for these policies again. Keep your eyes open for half truths."

"I have been a customer with StateFarm and David Korede for over 10 years. Michelle is absolutely terrific and whenever I have had any issues she makes it a point to get them resolved asap. Like most people I have my policy reviewed to make sure I am getting a fair deal from StateFarm and I call on David to review my policy and ensure I am adequately covered. He has never let me down. I highly recommend David and his team."

"State Farm prioritizes bottom line over customer service. Every time I've had an incident, they could care less. I'm leaving them after 20+ years of zero payments from them because I refuse to support their business anymore. Start treating your customers(especially your profitable ones) like real people and not like cows in a herd. Like a greedy corporation, State Farm doesn't really care."

"For 30 years I have been a State Farm customer. Folklore says that an insurance company will drop you after a while because the odds say you will be making a claim. Well I stayed with them and they stayed with me. An Astro Van two Aerostars Seven Saturns Six Cadillacs. With eight accidents for a family of five over the thirty years."

"This particular statefarm broker is one of the worst I've ever dealt with in any business period point blank. Unprofessional, far from courteous,misogynistic, and out right scum.talk about state Farm always being there he doesn't return phone calls or emails. And when given the chance to resolve the situation he outright told my wife and I to find someone else. Do your self a favor and go to one of the many other statefarm agents or another insurance company all together."

"We created an auto and renters insurance quote on October 13, 2015. The auto insurance policy was created but the renters insurance was not. This was due to another person who used to live in our new apartment building had reported a break-in. I haven't even mentioned that they listed this previous tenants report on OUR history therefore showing negatively on us, not the other tenant. We have no idea who this person was, and State Farm never contacted us to confirm this information, not from an agent, not from underwriting, no one. One month later we receive a bill from our previous insurance carrier asking for a payment because it was late. This is how we found out they never created our renters policy. State Farm stated they would cancel our other policies back in October 13.THIS WAS NEVER DONE, it is now November 20 and nothing has been resolved. This person was very rude regarding apologizing for the incident. We called twice before our phone call with Mr Korede today and we were promised twice that an agent would call us back. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. Customer service is terrible. We cancelled our request for renters insurance and are in the process of searching for a new carrier for our auto as well. RUN AWAY!!!"
